Piedmont Realty Trust Prices $200 Million Private Debt Offering

04:11 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Piedmont Realty Trust (PDM) priced a $200 million private offering of 2.875% exchangeable senior unsecured notes due Feb. 1, 2031, the company said late Monday. Initial purchasers have an option to buy up to an additional $30 million of notes. The company expects the offering to close Thursday and plans to use part of the estimated $194.3 million net proceeds to help fully redeem its outstanding 9.25% senior notes due 2028, among other things, it said.
