TD SYNNEX, Hammerhead AI Launch Distribution Partnership for ORCA Software

09:47 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TD SYNNEX (SNX) and Hammerhead AI said Tuesday they are launching a collaboration under which TD SYNNEX will distribute Hammerhead's Orchestrated RL Control Agents, or ORCA, software. The software converts stranded power in data centers into AI capacity, the companies said. Under the deal, TD SYNNEX will lead go-to-market efforts via its network of resellers globally, the companies said. Financial details were not provided.
