09:49 AM EDT, 09/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- TPG RE Finance Trust (TRTX) has priced TRTX 2026-FL8, a $1 billion managed commercial real estate collateralized loan obligation or CLO, according to a Tuesday statement. The company said it expects to place about $820 million in investment grade securities with institutional investors, with the CLO to close on or around Oct. 2.
