Aevex Selected for Up to $92.2 Million Defense Department SkyRange Contract; Shares Up Pre-Bell

06:25 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aevex (AVEX) will support the US Department of Defense's SkyRange program over the next three years under its selection for a contract valued at up to $92.2 million, the company said Wednesday. Aevex will deliver support to hypersonic test operations under the program, which replaces fixed and ship-based range assets with high-altitude airborne platforms, the company said. Aevex shares were up 5.5% in premarket activity.
