Mercury Systems Extends CEO Contract, Reaffirms Fiscal 2027 Guidance

08:51 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mercury Systems (MRCY) said Wednesday it has extended the employment contract of Chairman and Chief Executive Bill Ballhaus for three years through Aug. 15, 2030. The company also said it reaffirmed its fiscal 2027 revenue guidance of about $1.1 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet are looking for $1.09 billion. For fiscal Q1, Mercury Systems said it continues to expect revenue growth of high single digits year-over-year. Analysts are looking for $245.1 million.
