09:28 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Morgan Stanley's (MS) investment manager closed its North Haven Growth & Innovation Fund with $1.3 billion in oversubscribed capital commitments, the company said Wednesday. The fund targets high-growth private companies benefiting from large markets and technological innovation, providing flexible capital through primary and secondary transactions, Morgan Stanley said. Morgan Stanley, its affiliates and employees committed 24% of the fund's capital, and the fund has invested in companies such as Databricks, Anduril Industries and Ramp, it said.
