Diana Shipping Signs $5.8 Million Time-Charter Contract with Aquavita

09:43 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Diana Shipping (DSX) said Wednesday it has entered into a time-charter contract with Aquavita International for one of its Kamsarmax dry bulk vessels, the m/v Astarte. The gross charter rate is $17,000 per day, minus a 4.75% commission paid to third parties, for a minium period until Sept. 1, 2027 and a maximum period until Nov. 15, 2027, Diana said.
