Itron Launches Cloud AI Platform for Utility Meter Data Management

09:54 AM EDT, 09/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Itron (ITRI) has launched Itron Enterprise Edition Cloud AI, a cloud-based evolution of its meter data management platform, the company said Wednesday. The platform integrates Itron's meter data management capabilities with its Intelligent Edge Operating System to provide standardized access to meter, grid edge, analytics and application data, the company said. The cloud architecture supports use cases including outage insights, grid visibility, anomaly detection, revenue assurance, forecasting and load management, Itron said.
