According to Golden Ten Data, Arm Holdings (ARM.US), the owner of the ARM instruction set architecture, CEO Rene Haas said in a media interview on Wednesday that as AI agents increasingly penetrate various industries, leading to stronger CPU demand, he is growing more confident that the AI data center-exclusive AGI CPU, launched solely by the chip design company, will be able to secure sufficient supply to meet client demand worth as much as $2 billion or even more. The growing adoption of ARM-architecture CPUs in AI computing infrastructure clusters, together with Arm's initiative to directly sell its self-developed versions of complete chips, are forming two mutually reinforcing paths to growth.
