Stingray Group Renews Normal Course Issuer Bid

06:25 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Stingray Group (RAY.TO) received approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange to renew its normal course issuer bid to repurchase shares, the company said Tuesday. Under the NCIB, Stingray may repurchase up to 4.4 million subordinate voting and variable subordinate voting shares, representing about 10% of the public float as of Sept. 14. The NCIB will run for year starting from Sept. 27, the company said. Shares repurchased under the NCIB will be canceled, Stingray added.
