Forward Industries to Raise $25 Million in Registered Direct Offering

08:23 AM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Forward Industries (FWDI) entered into a registered direct offering of 3.1 million common shares at $8 per share, for expected gross proceeds of about $25 million, the company said Wednesday. The company plans to use the net proceeds to purchase additional Solana for its treasury. The offering is expected to close Thursday, it added. Forward Industries shares were down 6.1% in premarket activity.
