01:45 PM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Alkami Technology (ALKT) said Wednesday its board has concluded that continuing to execute its long-range strategic plan as a public company is in the best interests of the firm and its shareholders following a review of strategic opportunities. Shares fell nearly 20% as intraday trading volume grew to over 4.8 million from a daily average of about 1.6 million. Voyager Technologies (VOYG) said late Tuesday it plans to offer $350 million of convertible senior notes due 2032. Shares dropped 17%, with intraday trading volume rising to over 3.7 million shares from a daily average of about 1.6 million. Silvia (SVIA) said Wednesday it has bought back another 2.3% of its shares at a discount to its net asset value since Sept. 15.
