InnoCan Pharma Raises CA$462,477 in Private Placement of Share Units

04:22 PM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- InnoCan Pharma (INNO.CN) said after trade Wednesday it raised CA$462,477 in the first tranche of a private placement of share units. The company issued 247,314 units at CA$1.87 apiece. Each unit is made up of one share and a three-year warrant to buy a share for CA$2.50. Proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes. The company said on Sept. 9 that it planned to raise up to CA$1 million in the private placement. InnoCan shares closed down CA$0.03 to CA$2.35 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
