AIR Global Unit Prices $425 Million Senior Unsecured Notes

04:25 PM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AIR Global (AIIR) unit AIR Limited said Wednesday it has priced $425 million in senior unsecured notes. The notes will mature in 2031 and have a coupon of 7.875% per year, the company said. The issuer will use proceeds to repay debt under a term loan facility and revolving credit facility, and for general corporate purposes, the company said. The offering is expected to settle on or around Oct. 1, it said.
