04:49 PM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- GMEX Robotics (GMEX) said Wednesday it will consolidate its Class A, Class B and Class C ordinary shares at a 1-for-9 ratio effective Sept. 28. GMEX said outstanding warrants and other equity rights will be proportionately adjusted, while no shareholder approval is required for the changes.
