05:13 PM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- OceanaGold (OGC.TO) Chief Executive Officer Gerard Bond will retire in April 2027, the company said after trade on Wednesday. Bond, who led OceanaGold for five years, will be a special advisor to the board and incoming chief executive officer for six months after his retirement, a statement said. OceanaGold shares closed down CA$1.48 at CA$39.44 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
