05:49 PM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Runway Growth Finance (RWAY) has launched an underwritten offering of unsecured notes, with the interest rate and other terms to be determined at pricing, the company said late Wednesday. The company intends to use net proceeds to repay outstanding debt, including redeeming all or part of its 9.00% senior notes due Jan. 31, 2027, and for general corporate purposes.
