05:54 PM EDT, 09/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Open Text (OTEX) priced $500 million of 6.7% senior secured notes due 2031 and $500 million of 7.15% senior secured notes due 2033. The company said Wednesday it will use the proceeds, along with cash on hand, to redeem $1 billion of outstanding 6.9% senior secured notes due 2027 and to fund a tender offer for up to $450 million of 3.875% senior notes due 2028. The notes offering is expected to close Oct. 1.
