Chicane Capital wins TSXV conditional approval for Elton Resources deal

- TSX Venture Exchange granted conditional clearance for the deal.
- Before closing, Chicane will continue to British Columbia, rename as Elton Resources, and consolidate shares at 0.75-for-1.
- Post-consolidation share count is expected to be 4,491,000 common shares.
- Chicane shares remain halted pending completion of the transaction.
