Swarmer Signs MOU With Vectus for Mobile Air Defense Systems

04:13 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Swarmer (SWMR) signed a nonbinding memorandum of understanding with Vectus Air Defense Systems to make, sell and deploy mobile air defense systems in eligible markets, Swarmer said late Wednesday. Vectus has confirmed its plan to buy and deploy at least 40 Swarmer-made systems in the first year and at least 80 in the second year following the beginning of production. Swarmer, which holds a 20% stake in Vectus, plans to establish an air defense system manufacturing facility in Poland, it said. Swarmer shares were up 1.4% in premarket activity Thursday.
