- Largest component was a USD 26 million investment tax credit tied to the South Fork Dairy RNG facility in Dimmit, Texas.
- Deal also monetized 2025 Section 45Z clean fuel production credits from the company’s dairy RNG portfolio, including joint ventures.
- The seven facilities produced 2,700,000 gallons of negative carbon-intensity RNG in 2025 for transportation fleets.
