Libra Energy Materials Raises CA$1.9 Million in Total After Closing Final Tranche of Offering

07:48 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Libra Energy Materials (LIBR.CN) closed the final tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising CA$1.9 million in total, it said in a statement on Thursday. The final tranche raised CA$485,878.04, it said. The company's LIFE offering resulted in the issuance of 3.1-million CMETC FT shares and 14.8-million HD shares. Proceeds will be used for exploration activities, and general corporate and working capital needs. Shares of the company closed down 17% to CA$0.095 on Wednesday on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
