T-Mobile US Launches New AutoPilot Capabilities, Expands Dynamic CX

AutoPilot, which is built into T-Mobile's Self-Organizing Network, is designed to help the network adjust more quickly as conditions change, while Dynamic CX uses AI to anticipate demand and automatically optimize performance, the company said. The company said the technologies complement its investments in network infrastructure, backup power and diverse transport routes aimed at maintaining connectivity.
