Great Atlantic Reports Assays for Rock Samples from Golden Promise Property in Newfoundland

09:53 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Great Atlantic Resources (GR.V) reported gold assays for rock samples collected during its 2025 trenching program at the Golden Promise property in Newfoundland. Five rock grab samples returned gold values of 0.531 grams per tonne (g/t) to 1.004 g/t, confirming sporadic gold mineralization in the project, the company said Thursday. Great Atlantic said the occurrence of highly anomalous gold demonstrates additional areas that the company can target beyond the current defined resource. "With numerous gold-bearing occurrences across the property and land package, systemic work in these areas remains an important part of our resource expansion and discovery strategy," President and Chief Executive Officer Christopher Anderson said.
