Maase Subsidiary Signs AI Services Platform Agreement With New Gardner, Sagelight Ventures

10:02 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Maase (MAAS) said Thursday that its subsidiary Huazhi Future Chongqing Technology has signed a tripartite cooperation framework agreement to develop and commercialize a global artificial intelligence services platform, using Singapore as a hub for overseas expansion. Huazhi Future will be responsible for platform development and the integration of global computing resources, AI model interfaces and industry-specific AI applications, according to a statement. The companies plan to advance the deployment of large-scale computing centers and edge containerized computing infrastructure based on overseas market demand, subject to applicable local regulatory requirements, Maase said.
