Similarweb Names Michael Akkerman Chief Executive

10:06 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Similarweb (SMWB) has appointed Michael Akkerman as chief executive officer, effective Nov. 2, the company said Thursday. Akkerman succeeds outgoing CEO Or Offer, who will remain with the company during the transition period. Akkerman currently serves as chief business officer at Digital Turbine (APPS) and previously held senior roles at data.ai and Cardlytics (CDLX), the company said.
