Workday Launches AI Product to Manage Employees' Benefits

10:06 AM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Workday (WDAY) said Thursday it launched Total Benefits, an artificial intelligence tool designed to make it simpler for employers to manage employees' benefits and for employees to use them. The company said Total Benefits will proactively recommend providers at enrollment, life events, and other moments. The product includes Workday Wellness, Benefits Guidance through Self-Service Agent, Life and Money Solutions, and Benefits Administration Services, Workday said. The company said Workday Wellness and Life and Money Solutions are generally available for US clients, Benefits Administration Services are generally available, while Benefits Guidance through Self-Service Agent will become generally available in October.
