Konecranes launches buyback to cut capital, cancel up to 4,250,000 shares

- Program cap set at EUR 100 million, limited to 4,250,000 shares, about 1.8% of total shares.
- Purchases to be made on Nasdaq Helsinki at market prices using unrestricted equity, outside shareholders’ proportional holdings.
- Repurchases scheduled no earlier than Nov. 1, 2026, ending no later than March 17, 2027; monthly spend capped at EUR 25 million.
- Before launch, the company held 22,911 treasury shares directly or via subsidiaries.
