Konecranes launches share buyback program of up to EUR 100 million

- Repurchases to start no earlier than Nov. 1, 2026, with an end date no later than March 17, 2027.
- Monthly purchases limited to EUR 25 million; shares to be cancelled no later than after the program ends.
- Company held 22,911 treasury shares before the program begins.
