- Revenue rose 5.07% to €1.27 million, while current operating loss widened to €9.65 million.
- Operating income turned positive at €6.17 million, including €15.82 million of non-current operating income.
- Cash and cash equivalents fell to €17.3 million at June 30, 2026 from €35.16 million at end-2025.
- Completed a €11.3 million cash buyout of SPI’s 49% stake in AFYREN NEOXY; secured €12.5 million BNP Paribas venture debt.
