- Net revenues excluding excise duties fell 3% to €84 million.
- EBITDA dropped 15.25% to €4.9 million, while the gross margin ratio edged down 0.1 percentage point to 38.8%.
- CEO Fahd Khadraoui said William Peel’s Off-Trade recovery in France has been slower than expected, while new Marie Brizard and Sobieski launches were successful.
- Management expects H2 momentum from stronger Industrial Services and Agency Brands, targeted innovations, and continued financial discipline.
