FIPP H1 FY26 net loss narrows to EUR 2.32 million; revenue rises 8% to EUR 412,000

- Revenue rose 8% to EUR 412,000, while net rental income stayed negative at EUR 1.73 million.
- Operating loss widened to EUR 2.51 million from EUR 2.35 million, while fair-value gains on investment property increased to EUR 1.11 million.
- Property portfolio value fell 10.28% to EUR 75.2 million, and EPRA-style NAV per share slipped 4.5% to EUR 0.405.
- Totem building sold for EUR 9.5 million; talks continue on Blanc-Mesnil and Les Arcs 2000 assets, while CAPN restructuring continues in 2026-2027.
