Dotstay H1 FY26 net loss narrows to EUR 588,000; revenue rises 21% to EUR 802,000

- Net loss narrowed to EUR 588,286 from the year-earlier period, while net cash fell to EUR 193,000 from EUR 374,000.
- Total properties slipped to 72, including 66 in direct leases and six in property management.
- CEO Alessandro Adamo said revenue growth came from consolidating rental revenue and DS Real Estate’s restart, including its first property sale in March.
- For the rest of 2026, the group targets growth and gradual rebalancing, supported by the capital increase and a selective approach to direct leases.
