- EBITDA slipped to EUR 1 million from EUR 1.35 million in the prior-year period, while revenue rose to EUR 9.25 million.
- Net debt edged up to EUR 59.27 million from EUR 59.05 million at end-2025, while group equity fell to EUR 106.99 million.
- Milanofiori Nord talks continued on the remaining 14,000 sqm, and the hotel business benefited from Milano-Cortina 2026.
- Milanofiori Sviluppo repaid EUR 5 million early and extended the remaining EUR 5 million mortgage loan by two years to Jan. 31, 2028.
