The iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) added 1.2%. In corporate news, Arcturus Therapeutics (ARCT) shares jumped past 5% in Thursday trading, a day after it reported interim phase 2 results for ARCT-810 in OTC deficiency and unveiled LUNAR 2.0, its mRNA delivery platform.
