- Results included a non-recurring USD 0.15 per-share benefit from IEEPA tariff refunds, less partial reinvestment in member values.
- For fiscal 2026, net income increased to USD 9.23 billion, or USD 20.76 per diluted share, and net sales rose 10.1% to USD 297.2 billion.
- Warehouse count ended the year at 939 locations, including 647 in the U.S. and Puerto Rico and 115 in Canada.
