- Notes carry senior unsecured guarantees from existing subsidiaries, excluding Finance Corp., covering future restricted subsidiaries tied to the credit agreement.
- Early redemption permitted, including a 40% equity claw at 106.750% before Oct. 1, 2029; change-of-control put at 101%.
