- Move targets renewed compliance with Nasdaq’s $1 minimum bid requirement under Marketplace Rule 5550(a)(2).
- Issued Class A shares are expected to fall to about 3,031,862 from 69,732,831.
- Issued Class B shares are expected to drop to about 304,348 from 7,000,000.
