- Purchases or issuances totaled USD 38.26 billion in August; liquidations were USD 33.84 billion.
- Mortgage-related investments portfolio fell about USD 1.28 billion to USD 138.45 billion; purchases were USD 32.41 billion, sales USD 32.66 billion.
- Guarantee portfolio expanded USD 6.58 billion to USD 3.59 trillion, reflecting a 2.2% annualized growth rate.
- Single-family delinquency rate edged up to 0.6% from 0.59%; multifamily delinquency rate increased to 0.64% from 0.6%.
