Bluerock Acquisition Prices $150 Million Initial Public Offering

05:55 PM EDT, 09/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bluerock Acquisition II (BRRK) said late Thursday it priced an initial public offering of 15 million units at $10 per unit. The company said it has allowed the underwriters a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 2.25 million units at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any. The units will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market and trade under the ticker symbol "BRRKU" starting Friday, the company said Once the securities comprising the units begin trading separately, the class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols "BRRK" and "BRRKW," respectively. The offering is expected to close Monday.
