CoTec Holdings extends closing deadline for up to $20 million convertible debenture private placement

- The offering targets up to $20 million in gross proceeds; $12.06 million was raised in an initial closing on Sept. 17, 2026.
- Kings Chapel International agreed to buy up to $5 million of debentures at the final closing if third-party demand falls short.
