04:12 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cardinal Infrastructure's (CDNL) unit Cardinal Civil Contracting amended its senior secured credit agreement, adding a $250 million delayed draw term loan and increasing its revolver to $100 million from $75 million, the company said Thursday. The amended facility brings total commitments to $550 million, including a $100 million revolver, a $200 million Term Loan A and the $250 million delayed draw term loan, which is available through March 2028, Cardinal said. The company said it can draw from the facility up to five times through March 2028, but had not used it when the deal was completed. Cardinal said the facilities will fund acquisitions, working capital and general corporate purposes. The facilities mature Sept. 10, 2031, it added.
