AirBoss of America Amends and Restates Credit Facilities

07:45 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- AirBoss of America (BOS.TO) renewed and amended its existing senior secured credit facilities, it said in a statement late Thursday. Its renewed facilities consist of an amended and restated revolving asset-based credit facility agented by The Toronto-Dominion Bank and an amended and restated non-revolving term loan facility with Great Rock Capital Partners, it said. Both renewed facilities are scheduled to mature on Sept. 24, 2031. The company's shares last traded Sept. 23, closing at CA$7 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
