Nano Nuclear Energy Signs LOI for Nuclear-Powered AI Projects

08:37 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nano Nuclear Energy (NNE), IP3 and Cybernetic Intelligence signed a non-binding letter of intent to pursue nuclear-powered artificial intelligence, national security, computing and other infrastructure projects in the US and select international markets, the companies said Friday. Nano Nuclear will provide nuclear technology and services, including microreactors and fuel supply; IP3 will focus on project development, financing and government engagement; and Cybernetic Intelligence will provide expertise in AI infrastructure and computing, they said. The companies plan to evaluate potential projects including military reactor programs, power systems for defense and intelligence facilities, AI and high-performance computing infrastructure and maritime nuclear applications, they added.
