Runway Growth Finance Prices $45 Million Public Offering of Notes

09:26 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Runway Growth Finance (RWAY) has priced a public offering of $45 million of notes due 2031, the company said Friday. The debt carries a 7.75% annual interest rate, and the offering is expected to close on Oct. 1, the company said. Underwriters hold a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $6.8 million in notes, Runway Growth said. The company expects roughly $43.7 million in net proceeds to repay outstanding debt, redeem its 9% senior notes due 2027, and fund general corporate purposes, it added.
