09:38 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- LTC Properties (LTC) said Friday it has elected co-presidents and co-chief executive officers Pam Kessler and Clint Malin to its board of directors, effective Sept. 22. The move raises the total number of directors to eight from six, with five being independent, the real estate investment trust said. Price: 43.18, Change: -0.19, Percent Change: -0.44
