09:53 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sagicor Financial Company (SFC.TO) has closed its private placement offering of CA$350 million notes due 2031, the company said on Friday. Proceeds will be used to pay down debt. The notes have been rated BBB from S&P, BBB from Morningstar DBRS, and BBB- from Fitch. Sagicor Financial shares were last seen unchanged at CA$8.56, on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
