09:57 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nvidia (NVDA) and Microsoft (MSFT)-backed AI data center developer Nscale raised $3.36 billion in a pre-IPO financing round led by Third Point, Bloomberg reported Friday. The financing includes a $2.36 billion tranche and a $1 billion commitment from Nvidia, with Apollo Global Management (APO), Citadel, Hudson Bay Capital, Abu Dhabi Investment Council and 8090 Industries also participating, according to the report. The notes are convertible into ordinary shares, or non-voting shares in Nvidia's case, upon completion of an initial public offering, the report added.
