Terra Clean Energy Upsizes Private Placement of Units to CA$2.5 Million

11:10 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Terra Clean Energy (TCEC.CN) said Friday that it upsized its private placement of share units to up to CA$2.5 million. The company will now issue up to 17.9 million units at CA$0.14 each. Each unit will consist of one share and one three-year warrant to buy a share at CA$0.22. Proceeds will be used for capital expenditures and general working capital purposes, a statement said. The offering will close on Oct. 1. Terra Clean Energy shares were last seen down CA$0.01 at CA$0.14 on the Canadian Securities Exchange. Price: 0.14, Change: -0.01, Percent Change: -3.57
