Voyageur Pharmaceuticals to Issue Shares to Settle Debt of CA$192,300

11:34 AM EDT, 09/25/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Voyageur Pharmaceuticals (VM.V) plans to settle debts of CA$192,300 by offering common shares at CA$0.155 apiece, it said in a statement late Thursday. The company said it owes CA$52,300 to an officer of Voyageur for accrued consulting fees, and it would be settled through the issuance of 337,419 common shares. It added that CA$140,000 owed to certain other creditors will be settled through the issuance of 903,225 common shares.
